Image Editor is a powerful and simple photo enhancement tool that allows you to edit your photos giving a professional touch. The program comes in three versions (Home, Standard and Professional), offering different features. The application offers great pre-correction features such as contrast enhancement, gamma correction, color enhancement, red eye removal, among others, as well as additional enhancements which can be applied manually very easily. It also allows for batch-processing and offers raw support (Standard and Pro versions). The Professional version includes other powerful options such as multiple channels, ICC profiling, Job editor, and among others, but its price is substantially high. The interface is not very attractive, but it is extremely easy to use and simple. I would recommend this program only for beginners, because it does not offer great features or effects for its price. It may work just fine for common people who like enhancing photos in a just a few simple steps without wasting so much time, but not for professional photographers. |
